淨心長老為了培養弘法人才，早在民國五十六年，就在光德寺開辦淨覺佛學院，是一所歷史悠久的僧尼養成機構。淨心長老又於民國九十二年與享譽國際的泰國摩訶朱拉隆功大學(Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, 簡稱MCU)合作，在台灣設立分校(Taiwan Affiliate of MCU)－－淨覺僧伽大學，由於辦學成果輝煌，母校於民國九十八年正成批准開辦大乘佛教思想研究所，以傳統佛教精神，結合現代資訊科技的方法，培養行解兼具的高級僧伽弘法人才，以住持佛教。

Early in 1967, a historical Sangha foster institution – Ching Chueh Buddhist College was established in Kuang The Temple, Taiwan by Ven. Master Ching Hsin. In 2003, Ven. Master Ching Hsin cooperated with famous Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU), Thailand to establish Taiwan Affiliate of MCU - Ching Chueh Buddhist Sangha University. For the successful results of Ching Chueh Sangha University, MCU, Thailand officially approved to open the graduate school of Mahayana Buddhism, which combined traditional Buddhist spirits and contemporary information technology together, to foster profound Dharma propagator both with practices and understanding in order to remaining Buddhism.


本教育機構的特色是畢業後由泰國摩訶朱拉隆功大學，授與世界各國都認定的畢業證書。就讀者學雜費全免，供膳宿，且有各種獎學金，成績優良者，畢業後優先錄取本校研究所，或保送泰國本校進修碩士班、博士班。

The main characteristic of this educational institution is the students who graduated can get the world wide recognized diploma from MCU, Thailand. Student studies at the Sangha University, all the tuitions, room and board are all free; besides, we also have every kind of scholarships. Student who has good grades after graduation will have priority to be accepted by our university’s graduate school or be sent to the alma mater in Thailand for master degree or PHD


本教育機構有六大特色，即：第一、授予學士學位；第二、入學門檻低；第三、師資陣容堅強；第四、海外教學與各宗教之交流；第五、加強英文輔導；第六、設備現代化。
